We picked up Jake so we could take him to the next birthday party. Sometimes I feel like taking pictures using my rear view mirror. I had to pull my hair back to show Isaac, and he really looked! I love Dylan's silly faces. At least he doesn't hide from my camera:) We went to Chelsea and Angelina's fun birthday party! Their foster mom and dad are my friend s from when I first moved to Florida. They rented out Highland Family Aquatic Center and had one amazing party there. See all of the fun stuff in the back ground? I can't believe I got them to stand for a picture before diving right in.
I used to lifeguard here. I loved it.
Still do. We should go more.
See Jake! I'm not brave enough to go on this slide.
Pizza, subs, gold fish, water, juice, smoothie/slushies, yummy!
I'm sooo glad Jake went with us. Seriously.
What would I have done w/o him? (Steven was in the Keys and missed both parties.)
Here's one of the birthday girls! She turned 3!
Here's the two of them, with their foster mom, Lindsey and her father-in-law.
We stayed for cake even though we were on our way out b/c of a tummy ache. Nothing like birthday cake to cure tummy aches! (And who passes up birthday cake? It would be rude not to sing happy birthday, right?!)
So, if anybody wants to go to the Highland FAC, call me, we'll go! (Except I'll need to check to see if Jake's schedule is clear or go with Steven. Isaac would have walked all the way down the "beach" 'til the water would go into his mouth if I would have let him. And Dylan thought he owned the place. It should be a 1:1 ratio of kid:parent/supervisor.)
We moved Dylan's "monkey bed" in to Dylan's new room. I'm not going to admit that it's Dylan's room yet. It's still the undecorated office/craft room/junk room. Isaac is sleeping through the night again, so maybe we'll put Dylan back in his rightful room. It's fun for sleepovers though!

That looks like so much fun. I want to go and I am sure my Dylan would love it too.
