First time eating

Ok, obviously it's not his first time eating, look at this guy. It was his first time not drinking his food. We were still at Maria's house, so my baby spoons were packed but he was four months (and two weeks) old so it was time. The poor baby was hungry, so I thought it was a good time. Wrong. He was hungry AND tired.

I let him have his fattening comfort food.

I appologized for traumatizing him as he was sleep-eating.

And this is what happens when he's not hungry OR tired. (Two days later.) Jake took the video, or, er, started it at least. It's loud, but it's a better video than the one where it's boring and quiet of just me feeding him when Dylan and Jake were in the rec room watching baseball.

He was happy and ate a lot. But then he was smart and held his lips together tight. Who teaches them this stuff?!He sucked on his bottom lip. He was still interested in the spoon, but to look at and touch it, not to taste.

Yeah for solid foods! Nora loves to eat--as you can tell! She is in love with avocado. She could eat that for every meal and be happy. It is so cute!

Isaac just needed some motivational coaching from camera man Jake!
