It's official. The realtor really came this time, and the sign's in our yard. 
We've already had someone come look at the house. I'll keep you posted. Do you know anyone who wants to move to Sunny Florida? We just fixed it all up and now we have to move - not fair. I wish we had done all the fixing up years ago. The room I'll miss the most is Dylan's surf room.

Are you guys moving somewhere else in Florida? Or out of state? Your house looks so cute! It seems that people always seem to get their house projects finished just before they have to move.
We're staying in state, probably just moving north a couple of blocks or so. We don't have a place to move to yet, but we own it w/ my brother-in-law and he's ready for his money to be out of it. We'll make $ on the sale. Unfortunately we'll put it right back into a house b/c everything has gone up around here.

Yeah, I hate that you finally get things fixed and then you have to move. Why do we not fix and then live and then move? Bummer!
