Dylan woke up at about 7:30, Steven said. Thankfully, Steven had them wait to wake me up until 8 AM. Julia was still asleep so I had to wake her up so she would not miss her first Christmas.
Dylan had been allowed to look down the stairs to see the stockings but could not go all the way down. He was so excited explaining what he saw to the other kids.
He saw something wrapped in a ball shape and was certain that must be his brazuca(sp?) soccer ball. He had written a letter to Santa to ask for the World Cup soccer ball. He was sure he was going to get it. Steven went down first and got the camera.
The ball shape was Julia's present.
