Fire Station Field Trip!

7/15/11 My friend, Liz, set up a time for us to go visit a fire station!  She saw it was a free thing that a mom's group could do, so she invited a couple of moms from church to go.  We went there as the fire engines were leaving though!  There was a fire at a McDonald's.  So we waited in the shade and talked for a while. 

 One truck came back, so we interrupted a fireman from cleaning his gear.  He was so kind! 

 He took time to talk to all of the kids. 

Then we went inside for a tour.  We had to leave a little early because I had a photo session, but it was still a fun opportunity for Dylan and Isaac.  Thanks for the invite, Liz!
